Even though there are lots of pieces of advice that will tell you what you need to know so that you can get rid of your love handles, you probably aren't going to like any of it. You can also choose to do linear stretching, like bending to the waist, leaning left and right, etc if rotating isn't something that appeals to you. A broom stick is a great tool when you want to work away your love handles. Put the stick on your shoulders and, with your arms, reach out to grab hold of it. While bent at the waist, go from left to right to left, back and forth. Twisting at the waist is good so long as you do not go overboard. You also need to be sure that you do a complete warm up before you do any kind of workout.

There are basically three solid components involved in losing the fat from your love handles. You need a diet of healthy foods, not sugary sodas and junky snacks. This sort of eating plan helps you get all of the vitamins and nutrients it needs as well as offering you more energy. You can do cardio training to help burn off the fat. Not only will you be burning fat, cardio training helps increase the strength of your muscles, the muscles that get built will depend upon exactly how you are carrying out your cardio exercises. Then you will be able to do the exercises that focus on your abdominal muscles. If you can stick to this for six months you will have love handles that are virtually fat free and much better looking.

What you have to figure out is how much fat you have to deal with. If you are significantly over weight, then you can expect it to take longer. But other factors are involved such as how motivated you are and how hard you work at losing the fat.

Everyone would love to get rid of their fatty love handles. Most people fall down because they have to get into shape and shed unwanted pounds. You have to find better habits, and a way to motivate yourself, if you want to be successful.
